We happily accept unworn merchandise within 7 days of receiving your order.  Unworn items must be returned within in 30 days of receipt. We offer store credit or exchange ONLY for all qualifying orders. Store credit never expires. We do not offer refunds at this time. 

Joues de Sable will happily exchange your unworn item for the same item in the same color in a different size. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt and must have all original tags and sanitary lining still attached.

*Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping and handling are at the responsibility of the customer.*

All sale items are FINAL sale. 

1. Contact us within 7 days of receipt via contact@jdsswim.com with your name, order number, and your return/exchange request. 

2. Once we have reviewed your exchange request, we will send you instructions for your exchange and a return form for you to include inside your package. 

While we use the highest quality fabrics, Joues de Sable swimsuits are very delicate and will experience normal wear and tear over time. All suits should be handled with the utmost care at all times. If you should for any reason, receive a suit with any damages or defects, please email us within 5 days of receipt at contact@jdsswim.com, with a description and photos of the defective item.  Once reviewed, we will happily send you the same item at no extra cost to you. Just make sure that the item has been unwashed and unworn. 

All swimwear should be gently hand washed in cold water with mild soap. After you finish washing, lay each suit flat in shade to air dry. 

We gladly accept the following payment options: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal payments. We do not accept any personal checks, money orders, or bank transfers.
